Astrid Hong Kong focuses on various UPS and E & M installation project in the region. To cope with our business expansion, we invite energetic candidates to take up the following position:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for data-input, ordering process and sales related functions
- Handling customer’s enquire and work closely with sales and services team
- Provide logistic support in the day-to-day operation.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with customers, factories and internal departments
- Compile reports regularly for management review.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong skills in handling & maintaining of customer relations
- Experiences in daily clerical administration and accounting is an advantage
- Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
- Good skills in MS Word & Excel and Chinese typing
